Scattered Houses (1974-1975)
This era features the scattered works that Neil Gaiman drew together in his series, using Alan Moore's work on Swamp Thing as his predecessor and guide. This era features the original series of The Sandman as well as anthologies featuring Destiny (who was a DC character prior to Gaiman's creation of his family) as well as Cain and Abel.
These series were notable in many ways before Gaiman's work. Featuring work by Jack Kirby, The Sandman is noteworthy as containing the last Simon-Kirby collaboration.
Prez was also featred in Supergirl #10, the last issue, cover-dated September-October 1974.
